ChristianPodcast LLC Return Policy

At ChristianPodcast LLC, we want you to love your podcast merchandise as much as we love creating it! Our goal is to make your shopping experience easy, secure, and worry-free. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below for details on how we can assist you.

30-Day Return Window
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return period. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at  book@christianpodcast.studio with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item.

  2. Get Approval: We’ll review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days. Returns without an RAN will not be accepted.

  3. Ship It Back: Securely package the item, include the RAN, and send it to the return address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Exchanges: Prefer a different size, color, or item? Let us know in your return request, and we’ll happily exchange it for you, subject to availability. If the replacement costs more, we’ll reach out to arrange payment for the difference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue in your email, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice—no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom-made or personalized merchandise

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
